Bl3 lunacy8/5/2023 I hadn’t had my existential crisis yet, but it kind of just slammed into me, at the very least reminding me that she was still sitting on a patio chair sipping lemonade looking like a bimbo and ready to take me from behind…Īnd with that I flipped that thought off with my non-existent middle finger, and focused on the now as to how to get to the roof. There simply was no way for me to jump onto the engine sitting on the deck, and then to the small roof, to the top. The chest was still up on top, but as I rolled around the building, I realized that my getting up there wasn’t going to be a simple thing. I reached in and took one of the broken fuses out and roll to the hotel. While the sign needs to be left on, the building hasn’t been used in years. “ Hmm…I don’t know about those specific fuses, but you might want to try the Motel! The motel has two electrical panels on the outside that power the sign and the building itself. De we have any spare…Dahl 15A150V-ER50 Fuses?” “I checked up on the front gate, and I found the problem. It was due to the gate suddenly being forced closed that caused an overcurrent, and the fuses to burst to prevent damage. They were controlling two different motors, and they were now smashed and unable to connect power to start them. Now that I had opened it, it was clear that the fuses were more or less smashed. While I had seen it smoking before, I didn’t know what was wrong with it. I decided to take a look at the gate control system to see what the damage was. I didn’t know if that was something of the Claptrap’s programming that might be still inside me, or just me annoyed with having to travel in a round-about way to go in and out of town. In reality, it was a pain to have the door not open for ease of going to and fro. This area had no reason to be accessed anymore in the game given you had no reason to except to explore and find boxes of money and ammo. I rolled past the junkyard as I pushed those thoughts back and looked at the door leading into Fyrestone. I doubt the Vault Hunters will be so friendly, but that’s fine, as it’s what I expect. “Oh, right! Good idea! Nothing like a friendly face to welcome you back!” Those four will probably heading back soon, so you might want to greet them.” “I’m just going to take a break and head out to the front where I was for a bit. “Where are you going? Are you going to learn more stuff from Professor Claptrapington?” Claptrap called out to me. Same for the ammo vendor, but really just for the front. I had no money to spend, so I couldn’t see these things in action, but I could see them on a little sticker on the side of the machine. The re was one on the front that opened up and revealed pistols, revolvers, and submachine guns, while a door on the side revealed rifles, shotguns, and rocket launchers. What I hadn’t noticed, which made sense given the later games, were the two doors on the weapon vendor. Digistructing weapons, ammo, and mods upon purchase. I rolled away from the vending machines after looking at them, and realized they weren’t too different from the game in how they worked.
